The Roost Nero Carbon rim is 30% stronger than most Carbon rims with our unidirectional carbon layup for just the right amount of lightness, stiffness and durability. Nero rims are designed for AM and Enduro.
Available in both 27.5 and 29 wheel size with 32 spoke holes.
Manufacturing Process
Our team creates a unique fiber orientation which amplifies the desired riding characteristics for a given rim. Each rim carries its own layup schedule documents which are meticulously applied by the layup crew, it ensures the accuracy and quality of each rim in the production process.
All Roost carbon rims are made in a one piece molding, each rim is made by one piece of long carbon fiber to make the strength of rim is the strongest and with no defects.
100% Quality Inspection
100% quality inspection and recorded in our database, each carbon rim is given a unique ID number, which allow us to deliver the highest quality product possible and track every rim to ensure the best after-sale service if required.
