Orders and Shipping
Our average order delivery is 10 business days currently. When you order you will receive an email with delivery tracking.
When you make a purchase you have the option of checking out as a guest or creating an account.
Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and details and your new delivery address.
You should have a tracking email from shortly after your order ships. You can also track your order here or by sending us an email at email@example.com
No we do not keep credit card details as per requirements from our payment partners Stripe and PayPal.
We only cover GST taxes for sales to customers in Australia. Any local taxes or import duties are not covered by us.
Yes we ship to most countries. If there is a specific location you want to know about just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Any items shipped together will come in one package. If any items are out of stock or coming from a different warehouse it will come in a separate package and shipment.
